Description
The dusty gas generates centrifugal force in the rotation process, throwing the particles with a density greater than the gas to the wall of the device, and once the particles are in contact with the wall of the device, they lose the inertial force and fall along the wall by the momentum of the inlet velocity and the downward gravity, and enter the ash discharge pipe. When the rotating descending exocyclone air reaches the cone, it moves closer to the center of the dust collector due to conical contraction, and its tangential velocity continues to increase. When the airflow reaches a certain position at the lower end of the vertebra, it will rotate from the bottom to the top in the cyclone in the same direction of rotation and continue to do spiral motion. Eventually, the purified gas passes through the exhaust pipe ejector, often referred to as an internal swirl. A portion of the particles that were not captured are also discharged.
